Can you guarantee delivery times?
We make every attempt to get your order delivered on time. However due to external factors, deliveries, including pre-orders may fall outside of the estimated time-frame.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday, will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.
What are your delivery options?

* Deliveries, including pre-orders, to non-mainland UK addresses and remote locations may take longer to reach you.
** These delivery times are estimates based on previous data, and the courier's timeframe. Whilst every attempt is made to get your orders delivered on time. These times cannot be guaranteed due to external factors.
Note: Orders are sent either via Royal Mail or MyHermes.
How do I track my order?
We are currently building an in-house tracking tool so you can easily keep up to date with the status and whereabouts of your order. This is estimated for release in December 2021. For now, you can track your shipment using the tracking number and link emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
My delivery is missing an item
If your order contains more than one item, then they may be dispatched individually depending on availability. For example, orders which contain an in-stock game, and a pre-order game, will see their in-stock game be delivered as soon as possible. And the pre-order game be delivered on or before release day.
