Pokémon Legends Arceus pre-orders have been dispatched!

All pre-orders for Pokémon Legends Arceus have been dispatched and handed over to Royal Mail.

Orders have been sent either via Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail 24 Tracked (the only difference being tracking). Royal Mail aims to deliver both these methods the next working day. So you should expect to receive it on release day 28th January.

We know how eager you probably are to venture into this new Pokémon game, with its new systems and world to explore. Unfortunately with the ongoing pandemic, and supply chain issues, delays and backlogs are more frequent.

Therefore, if your order hasn't arrived by end of day on 29th January, let us know and we'll chase up Royal Mail to get the status of your item.

We're now up to 65% of pre-orders having been confirmed delivered.

82% of pre-orders have been confirmed delivered.

91% of pre-orders have been confirmed delivered. 

Note: If your pre-order hasn't yet arrived, there is still a chance that it will be delivered later today by Royal Mail. Failing that, it should be delivered tomorrow Saturday 29th. We apologise for the inconvenience - unfortunately a small number of local delivery offices may be unable to deliver today due to local issues such as COVID-related self isolation, high levels of sick absence, resourcing, or other local factors.
